The simple push button control for stopping and going is very easy to operate even for young children. The doors are wide enough for children to get in and out of easily. The Lil’ Lightning McQueen was designed for children aged 1-3 years.

Power Wheels Lil Lightning McQueen?
Children truly love this Power Wheels Lil Lightning McQueen race-car and they have a blast driving it. Parents who bought this race-car or it was gifted, all agree that their children learn how to use this race-car very quickly. Children grasp the concept of the push button control but may have some trouble steering until they get the hang of it. Because the car is shipped almost completely assembled there is little to be done to make it operational. The McQueen can be driven inside and outside and is easily taken anywhere because it is not heavy.
There are only two complaints and one is that it does not reverse and the second is that some people feel the button to start moving should be where the button for the horn is as this would make it even simpler to learn how to do it. Most people are well pleased with what the car can do at such a reasonable price.
